Refunds & Returns
We want you to love your furniture purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items in original condition.
Our Return Policy
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to return most items within 14 days of receipt. For your peace of mind, we extend this to 30 days for most furniture pieces.
Return Process
Step 1: Contact Us Email our customer service team at [email protected] or call +45 33 12 34 56 within 30 days of delivery.
Step 2: Return Authorization We’ll provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions.
Step 3: Schedule Pickup For large items, we’ll arrange pickup through our logistics partner. Smaller items can be returned via prepaid shipping label.
Return Conditions
Items must be:
- In original, unused condition
- Free from damage, stains, or odors
- Include all original packaging and accessories
- Accompanied by original receipt or order confirmation
Return Shipping
- Standard returns: Customer responsible for return shipping costs
- Defective or damaged items: We cover all return shipping costs
- Large furniture pickup: 299 DKK fee
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized furniture
- Items damaged by normal wear and use
- Mattresses and bedding (for hygiene reasons)
- Clearance or final sale items
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges, but you can return an item and place a new order for the replacement. This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective items:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage
- We’ll arrange pickup and full refund or replacement at no cost to you
European Consumer Rights
Under EU consumer protection laws, you have additional rights:
- 14-day withdrawal period for online purchases
- Right to repair or replacement for defective items
- Two-year legal guarantee for conformity defects
These rights are in addition to our return policy.
Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as your original purchase:
- Credit card refunds: 3-5 business days
- PayPal refunds: 1-2 business days
- Bank transfer refunds: 5-7 business days
